I've been out for a while because I have been so focused on discovering art inspiration and exploring and improving on my f-ART skills. A few days ago while wandering the magical and amazing world of PINTEREST I found a couple of watercolor pieces and it made me want to pick up a brush and start painting away, trouble was all my watercolor and painting supplies have somehow disappeared. That same afternoon I went out and bought myself basic painting supplies and I got lost in the see of paper, watercolor and brushes for the rest of the day (until the next day). Yep I didn't sleep I just kept painting to my heart's content!
Here are a few art pieces which really inspired me to go back and dive into the lovely world of color, sculpture, texture, light, etc.
Old Books as Canvas
by Agnes-Cecile
Dolls by Lena and Katya Popovy
by Laura Laine
Paper Sculptures by Peter Gentenaar
"Rational" by Yoan Capote
by River Luna
by Sylvia Ji
Toilet Paper Roll Dioramas
(This is a must try... Isn't it so amazing? I could imaging a lot of patience going into this kind medium and craft. The detail. *sigh*)
"The Drawing Room"
Well there you have it folks. These are just a few of the things I've seen on PINTEREST but there are way more artists and art out there just waiting to be marveled at.
I hope this post inspires you to pick up a pen and start doodling.
Let your creative juice flow like a wild waterfall.
Till my next "artsy-fartsy" post,
Much color and life,
-smart aleck
